At this time, we do not accept exchanges or returns, all items are final sale. For hygiene reasons each item by Eva is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Please make sure to order carefully and ask questions if you need assistance.

Eva reserves the right to refund any orders detected as fraudulent by our web host.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES


In the case of damaged goods, Eva will issue a refund to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order meets one of the following-
• 1 or more of the items in your order has been cancelled.
• Item(s) proved to be received as defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Your order has been cancelled by Eva

What to do if you have a defective item?

If there are defects or you received the wrong item please email us immediately upon noticing the damages and or issues. This way we are able to evaluate and correct the situation as soon as possible.


Customers must show proof within 5 business days of postal mark delivery that the item was damaged. Damaged, item received incorrectly and or defective item must be unworn, unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. In order to receive a refund. If the item is damaged but is also worn, you will not receive a refund.
